Swan Travels \u2013 Terms & Conditions<\/h1>\n\n

Welcome to Swan Travels. By confirming your booking with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.<\/p>\n\n

1. General Booking Terms<\/h2>\n\n

Toll Tax & State Tax (One-Way Trips)<\/strong>
\nToll Tax, State Tax, or similar government levies are not payable separately to the driver for one-way bookings unless specifically mentioned. Parking charges are excluded and must be paid directly to the driver.<\/p>\n\n

Cab Category Commitment<\/strong>
\nBookings are confirmed for a specific cab category (Hatchback \/ Sedan \/ SUV \/ MUV etc.). Swan Travels does not guarantee a specific car model.<\/p>\n\n

Extra Kilometer Charges<\/strong>
\nIf the trip exceeds the agreed kilometer limit, additional charges will be applicable at \u20b910 per extra kilometer unless otherwise specified during booking.<\/p>\n\n

2. Driver Waiting Policy<\/h2>\n\n
    \n
  • Driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes<\/strong> from scheduled pickup time.<\/li>\n
  • First 15 minutes are complimentary<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Waiting beyond 15 minutes will be charged at \u20b92 per minute<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Failure to report within 45 minutes will result in booking being treated as No-Show<\/strong> and will be non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
    \n\n

    3. Operational Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n
      \n
    • AC may remain switched off in hilly areas for safety and vehicle performance.<\/li>\n
    • Night charges of approximately \u20b9250<\/strong> apply between 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Pickup may be delayed up to 30 minutes<\/strong> due to traffic or unavoidable circumstances.<\/li>\n
    • Passengers must provide complete pickup address to avoid delays.<\/li>\n
    • Driver details are shared:\n
        \n
      • Up to 2 hours before departure.<\/li>\n
      • Up to 1 hour before departure for urgent bookings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
        \n\n

        4. Luggage Policy<\/h2>\n\n
          \n
        • Hatchback \u2013 1 Bag<\/li>\n
        • Sedan \u2013 2 Bags<\/li>\n
        • SUV\/MUV \u2013 3 Bags<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Additional luggage depends on availability and driver approval.<\/p>\n\n

          5. Vehicle Allocation & Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n
            \n
          • Fuel type (Petrol \/ Diesel \/ CNG \/ Electric) will be provided based on availability.<\/li>\n
          • Pets are not allowed inside the cab without prior approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
            \n\n

            6. Payments & Billing<\/h2>\n\n
              \n
            • Remaining trip balance must be paid before or at pickup.<\/li>\n
            • Passengers must collect receipts from driver for toll tax, state tax, night charges, or extra kilometer charges.<\/li>\n
            • Swan Travels will not issue invoices for driver-collected payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
              \n\n

              7. Service Disruption Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n

              Swan Travels shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellation of services due to:<\/p>\n\n

                \n
              • Natural disasters<\/li>\n
              • Traffic congestion or road blockages<\/li>\n
              • Strikes, protests, or political unrest<\/li>\n
              • Government restrictions or emergencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                Company liability is limited to refund of booking amount only.<\/p>\n\n

                8. Travel Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n

                Passengers are responsible for planning their travel schedule. Swan Travels will not be liable for missed flights, trains, buses, or other losses caused by delays.<\/p>\n\n

                9. Complaint & Support Policy<\/h2>\n\n

                All complaints or service claims must be reported within 48 hours<\/strong> after trip completion.<\/p>\n\n

                \n\n

                10. Passenger Conduct & Safety<\/h2>\n\n
                  \n
                • Passengers must maintain respectful behaviour with drivers.<\/li>\n
                • Any vehicle damage caused by passengers will be chargeable.<\/li>\n
                • Child seats are not provided unless requested in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
                  \n\n

                  11. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n
                    \n
                  • No Cancellation Charge:<\/strong> More than 6 hours before pickup.<\/li>\n
                  • \u20b9500 Cancellation Charge:<\/strong> 2 to 6 hours before pickup.<\/li>\n
                  • \u20b91000 Cancellation Charge:<\/strong> After driver reaches pickup location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
                    \n\n

                    12. Company Rights<\/h2>\n\n

                    Swan Travels reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, or cancel bookings as per operational or regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n
